What we do
We provide support across three main areas, working in partnership with trusted organizations to deliver effective community services.
We are a project-run social entity, driven purely for the betterment of our Birmingham community and its citizens. Empowerment is the key. The following are the current sectors in which we operate to deliver on our promise:
Social Housing
We collaborate with various registered social landlords and managing agents to support the social housing framework. We understand the immense pressure faced by citizens with vulnerabilities who are living in exempt accommodation. Additionally, we recognise the challenges and scrutiny unequipped managing agents face due to continuous changes in the support framework, including the inclusion of the charter of rights. Our primary goal is to provide a high-quality exempt housing support service, supporting citizens living in these facilities in the right way, promoting positive change, and alleviating the pressure on our landlords.
Training & Education
We partner with EFSA, DWP, and WMCA to provide high-quality training and education for those in need. We offer ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) and Functional Skills training to empower individuals with the basic skills needed to excel in life and pursue employment. We collaborate with highly equipped and experienced training providers and employers to maximise the outcomes.
