Complaints
If we have done something well, such as one of our team members delivering exceptional service to you, we would love to hear about it. Your compliments will be shared with the relevant individuals.
If you have a comment or suggestion on how we could improve, we welcome your feedback.
We understand that there may be occasions when we don’t meet your expectations. In such cases, we want to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We encourage you to first speak with the individual involved in your complaint and try to resolve the issue informally. However, if you feel that your complaint hasn’t been resolved, you can raise a formal complaint with us.
